Privacy policy
What we collect
- Early-access list: your email address, when you leave it on the start page. We use it only to tell you when accounts open and to send product news about Belo.
- Account: email address, sign-in method and the sites you upload, so we can host and back them up.
- Demo: a site you load into the demo is fetched once to show you a preview. We do not store it.
- Server logs: IP address, time and requested page, kept for 30 days to keep the service secure.
What we do not do
No advertising trackers, no selling of data, no analytics cookies on this site.
Who processes the data
Hosting providers in the EU and the US under standard contractual clauses: Vercel for this website, Hetzner for hosted sites, and our email provider for messages we send you. Payments go through our payment provider, which handles card data; Belo never sees your card number.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to hello@belo.studio. To leave the early-access list, reply to any email from us with the word unsubscribe, or use the link in the email. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
